GIOSEPPO will not be responsible for damages or losses caused to the Consumer or User due to reasons attributable to them.

GIOSEPPO will only be responsible for damages caused to the Consumer or User as a result of purchases made through this website, when they arise from fraudulent acts by GIOSEPPO.

For illustrative purposes and without limitation, GIOSEPPO is not responsible for:

ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PLATFORM

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a Consumer or User, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product by sending written communication to GIOSEPPO.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by submitting the corresponding form available here, which is optional.

Direct return costs will be borne by you (unless you choose to return the products to one of our official GIOSEPPO stores), except when the delivered products are not in conformity with the purchase receipt in terms of nature or quantity, which must be indicated on the delivery receipt. Products must be returned in the same condition as received, not damaged or used, and in their original packaging (shoe box). Please do not return only the shoe box; it must be protected with another container or bag. Products from the same order must be returned in a single shipment; partial returns from the same order are not accepted.

All returns must be authorized by GIOSEPPO. You may contact GIOSEPPO via the form, explaining the reasons for the return. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and its condition is verified, we will refund the amount (excluding shipping costs) via the original payment method or replace the product, as appropriate, within a maximum of 15 business days from the date GIOSEPPO receives the returned merchandise.

INVOICE
As a Consumer or User, you have the right to receive a paper invoice. If you prefer an electronic invoice, its issuance is subject to your explicit consent here. You may revoke this consent at any time.
