How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Delivery times for shipments outside Spain are 3–5 working days from the date of purchase. Christmas or Black Friday delivery times may be delayed for reasons beyond Hot Potatoes' control.

 

Are there shipping costs?

Shipping costs for destinations outside Spain are 3,95€. If your order equals or exceeds 59,95€, shipping will be free.

If at the time of delivery there is no one at the indicated address and the package cannot be delivered, the shipping company will contact you to find an alternative delivery solution. If the package continues to be undeliverable repeatedly, it will be returned to our warehouse and, once received, we will refund it. The initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

How do I know where my order is?

Once you place your order, you'll receive periodic email updates about the completed steps. You'll also receive an email alert when your order leaves our warehouses with the shipping company's tracking number and a link to check the shipping progress. You can view the status of your order at all times on your customer dashboard.

Can I make size changes?

To purchase a different size, you must return the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures a smooth and easy process.

 

Returns

You can easily manage your return from our website. Just follow these steps:

  1. Access your profile.
  2. Go to “Orders”.
  3. Select “Request a refund.”
  4. Check the item you want to return.
  5. Please indicate the reason for the return.
  6. You will receive the return label within 1-2 working days and you can take your order to any FedEx office or drop-off point.
  7. Once we receive your order at our warehouse, we will validate it and issue a refund. The refund process will depend on the payment method used and can range from 10 to 20 days. Shipping costs and other fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla depend on the shipping company you use. In these cases, after requesting a return, you must choose the company, take the package to the company, pay the corresponding amount, and send it to the following address:

CONDITIONS

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

The product must be in perfect condition , unused, and with protective packaging . That is, the shoe box must be placed inside the shipping box or bag to ensure proper protection during transport.

The product must contain all its labels, packaging and accessories.

Inquiries within the deadline: If you contacted our customer service team with a return-related inquiry within the 30-day deadline and we were unable to respond to your inquiry in a timely manner, we will process your request on an exceptional basis.

 

How to prepare a return?

Place the shoes inside their box and, at the same time, inside the shipping box or bag. Make sure to seal it tightly. If you don't have the original shipping box, you can use a different one.

Send the products in the same condition in which you received them.

Do not write or stick labels directly on the shoe box.
