How to make a return?

You can easily manage your return from our website. Just follow these steps:

  1. Access your profile.
  2. Go to “Orders”.
  3. Select “Request a refund.”
  4. Check the item you want to return.
  5. Please indicate the reason for the return.
  6. You'll receive the return label within 24-48 business hours and can take your package to any Post Office . You don't need to print the label; you can show it from your mobile phone.
  7. Once we receive your order at our warehouse, we will validate it and issue a refund. The refund process will depend on the payment method used and can range from 5 to 15 business days. Shipping costs and other fees are non-refundable.

If you make a return from the Spanish peninsula or the Balearic Islands, it is free .

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

Return shipping costs from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla depend on the shipping company you use. In these cases, after requesting a return, you must choose the company, take the package to the company, pay the corresponding amount, and send it to the following address:

What are the conditions for making a return?

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return.

The product must be in perfect condition , unused, and with protective packaging . That is, the shoe box must be placed inside the shipping box or bag to ensure proper protection during transport.

The product must contain all its labels, packaging and accessories.

Inquiries within the deadline: If you contacted our customer service team with a return-related inquiry within the 30-day deadline and we were unable to respond to your inquiry in a timely manner, we will process your request on an exceptional basis.

How to prepare a return?

Place the shoes inside their box and, in turn, inside a shipping box or bag. Make sure to seal it tightly. If you don't have the original shipping box, you can use a different one.

Send the products in the same condition in which you received them.

Do not write or stick labels directly on the shoe box.

Are size changes possible?

To purchase a different size, you must return the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct size. This ensures a smooth and easy process.

What should I do if I purchased through a platform or merchant?

If you made your purchase through a third-party store or other platform, you should manage any issues through them, as Hot Potatoes does not have access to information related to your purchase to properly assist you and manage your case according to their policies.

What can I do if I have received an incorrect or defective item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact Customer Service via the contact form . Don't forget to include your order number.

In the case of defective items, remember to include photographs showing the product from all angles (front, side, and sole views), as well as the defect (detailed view). Please provide a clear and complete description of the defect.

Are shipping costs free?

Shipping is free within the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands for orders over €49.95. For orders under €49.95, shipping is €2.95 within the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands. 

Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla costs €4.95, regardless of the order amount.

If at the time of delivery there is no one at the indicated address and the package cannot be delivered, the shipping company will contact you to find an alternative delivery solution. If the package continues to be undeliverable repeatedly, it will be returned to our warehouse and, once received, we will refund it. The initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Delivery times are 2-5 business days from purchase date for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands . During periods such as sales, Christmas, or Black Friday, delivery times may be delayed for reasons beyond Hot Potatoes' control.

How to redeem a discount code?

If you have a discount code, you can apply it at checkout. Once you've entered the code, you'll see the final price of your order before making the payment.
